Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reaching out to individuals facing debt-related challenges in Scotland and providing them with information about our trust deed solutions. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping people find a way out of debt and achieve financial freedom.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to individuals struggling with debt, primarily through phone calls and email campaigns.
  • Engage with potential clients in a compassionate and understanding manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing information about our trust deed services.
  • Qualify leads and assess their eligibility for trust deeds based on established criteria.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential clients, addressing their questions and alleviating any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the appropriate trust deed advisor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing roles is preferred, particularly within the financial services sector but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey empathy and build rapport with individuals in difficult financial situations.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Knowledge of debt-related matters and trust deeds in Scotland is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer literacy.
